Parents/guardians are requested to participate in the annual open house in February or to personally visit the school.   To arrange a visit, call 314.776.7837
Complete the following forms 

	Financial Commitment Form 2008-09
	Financial Aid Information 2008-09
	New Family Registration 2008-09
	Tuition and Fees 2008-09

And return it to school office with the following information:

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Baptismal Certificate
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Copy of up-to-date Immunization Record
• Registration Fee
• Copy of the student’s most recent Report Card or their Preschool Records
• Copy of the student’s most recent Standardized Test Results
